An actual news item

Remember when I covered my neighborhood meeting to prove that hyperlocal citizen journalism doesn't have to be boring? Of course you do.

At the end of the piece I dropped a nugget about a unique house going up for sale: It's the "submarine" house at 2001 North Buckner, recently featured on HGTV.

Asking price is $1.25 mil.

The pictures on the Ebby Halliday site are pretty, but this view (from DCAD) is the one you're more likely to recognize.
