Katrina goes local

Nodallas_1As Reid Slaughter points out, Dallas is about to become North New Orleans, with Houston serving as South. And our local ISD's may be taking in enough schoolkids that the whole Wilmer-Hutchins thing will seem minor.

Local is a very relative term. It's not city, neighborhood, state, or country. It's what's relevant.

I would like to know where Vice President Cheney is, he seems to be absent from his post. I have yet to see his face, or hear his voice since this disaster began to take shape.
